  1. Cocoa powder, dark and unsweetened
  2. Vegetable shortening
  3. Egg
  4. Flour (All- Purpose)
  5. Unsalted butter
  6. Baking soda
  7. Sugar

  9. Confectioner’s sugar
  10. Vanilla extract


  1. Keep vegetable shortening at room temperature
  2. Vanilla essence

Mix all the ingredients for filling


  1. Beat flour, cocoa powder and sugar with baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. 1tbsp water and egg will be added to it and blend it well.
  3. Divide dough in half, and make small pieces in the form of cookies.
  4. Place it by wrapping it with plastic wrap for two hours.
  5. Preheat oven at 350F.
  6. Line them in 2 inches distance.
  7. Bake until cookies get set properly. It will take ten minutes.
